Manager, Warehouse- Flex, Expected Travel at ORBIS Corporation in Louisville, Kentucky

Job Description:

1. Developing and implementing strategic plans.

2. Oversight and enforcement of ORBIS Safety Programs.
3. Daily review of production metrics and KPI's (Labor expense, Forklift/Machine Repairs, Cost/Sort, Sorts/Hour).
4. Provide leadership to employees by demonstrating ORBIS standards and expectations on an everyday basis.
5. Direct continuous improvement to maximize efficiency and eliminate waste throughout facility.
6. Establish and maintain professional relationship with local customer.
7. Achieve budgeted financial goals for service center.
8. Accurate inventory management.
9. Resolve any quality problems/complaints
10. Perform self-inspection on service centers relative to production and safety.
11. Procure and maintain all needed operation and facility supplies (Forklifts, Washing Machines, etc).
12. Interview and hire all service center employees.
13. Ensure all employees are meeting job level expectations and requirements.
14. Motivate and train employees to maintain succession plan for future growth/opportunities.
15. Consistently enforce ORBIS polices through discipline action process.
16. Facilitate payment of site invoices with Finance, including inputs, approvals, new vendor information.

17. Shift hours will vary.

18. This position will require up to 50% travel.
19. Other duties as assigned by Manager.
