We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Field Service Program Manager to lead complex service delivery initiatives across our field operations. The ideal candidate will have experience as a results-driven professional with a strong background in IT service management, project execution, and cross-functional coordination. You will play a key role in managing end-to-end field service projects, driving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional service experiences to our stakeholders.

Position Summary:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of field service and break-fix projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure service quality standards are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and field technicians.
  • Drive effective communication and issue resolution across project teams.
  • Define service expectations, KPIs, and success metrics in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify inefficiencies in field operations and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate yearly audit initiatives, traveling to sites as needed.
  • Utilize analytics and performance data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Implement and optimize field service management tools and workflows.

Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in field service project management, operations, or service delivery.
  • Proficiency with field service and IT management tools (e.g., Midaxo, Jira, IT ticketing systems).
  • Strong capabilities in budget oversight, scheduling, and resource planning.
  • Proven track record in cross-functional leadership and vendor negotiations.
  • A high level of financial aptitude is essential to ensure fiscal responsibility and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for audit oversight.
