Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 depending on talent level, track record, skills, experiences, etc

Position Overview
As the Trades Practice Leader, you'll oversee the operations of our core service divisions: Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. This senior leadership role is responsible for team performance, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. You'll be empowered to make decisions, lead people, and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations across all trade divisions
Build and develop high-performing teams of technicians and support staff
Drive operational improvements and implement strategic growth initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and internal quality standards
Manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and control costs
Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Identify new revenue opportunities in both residential and commercial markets
Champion a culture of accountability, excellence, and service
Qualifications
A college degree is preferred but not required - we prioritize proven leadership and execution over credentials.
Strong operational experience leading multi-trade teams in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or similar trades services
Expertise in at least one core trade (no master-level license required, but practical knowledge is a must)
Clear track record of leading teams and managing field operations
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Familiarity with tools such as ServiceTitan, AutoCAD, or similar platforms is a plus
PMP certification is a bonus but not required
