Just A Brick In The Bucket, located in Grand Rapids, MI is looking for one part-time Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. We fulfill individual LEGO pieces for customers in our small warehouse. We are located on 742 McKendrick Street SW, Grand Rapids, MI. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working, with a focus on speed and accuracy, especially since we work with thousands upon thousands of small LEGO pieces every day!ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick items from inventory based order sheets, verify item condition, color, quantity before packing orders, and pack and prepare shipments using appropriate packing materials to ensure safe delivery.Assist with inventory organization, conduct periodic cycle counts and audits, and notify management of low stock levels or discrepancies ensuring the inventory remains accurate.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and assist with regular warehouse upkeep, including sweeping, shelving, and depositing of waste.Basic QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work efficiently under time constraints and manager multiple tasksBasic computer skills for order picking, label creation, and inventory systemsPrevious experience in order fulfillment, or similar roles are a plus, but not required.RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally.Must have at least 16 hours of availability throughout the week Monday - Saturday (day shifts only)BenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO) and sick leave accrual for full-time and part-time employeesFlexible scheduling optionsOpportunities for growth within the companyEmployee discountsFriendly and supportive team environmentWhy Just A Brick In The Bucket?At Just A Brick In The Bucket, we value out team as much as our customers!
