Snap-on Industrial is seeking a great candidate to join our team. This position provides support to the National Accounts Manager and helps coordinate the Industrial Reseller Program. Responsibilities include managing relationships with key reseller accounts and identifying sales opportunities with national, multi-district, and targeted contract customers. This role also works closely with the legal team to assist with contract negotiation, maintenance, and renewal, ensuring compliance and protecting profit margins. The candidate will interact regularly with resellers to drive engagement and partner with the sales team to maximize contract utilization and support sales growth. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to meet business needs.

• Work with the National Accounts manager to help coordinate the Industrial reseller program, and work with contracts team on contracts.
• Work with Legal to negotiate new contracts and renewals, protecting gross margins and ensuring compliance within established terms.
• Coordinate resources to ensure on-time responses to customer Requests for Proposal, pricing agreements and other solicitations for national, multi-district and other key accounts.
• Monitor contract transactions for compliance and provide reporting relevant to the reseller segment of the business.
• Drive reseller sales with key distributors and engage with Industrial account managers to maximize contract utilization and profitability.
• Communicate opportunities for sales growth and business relationship development to internal stakeholders.
• Interact with the sales field to identify new business opportunities.
• Leverage industry knowledge to help manage the approval process for distributors reselling Snap-on to approved end users in order to protect our franchise agreements.
• Document workflow processes to ensure consistency in handling and business stability.
• Coordinate attendance at conferences, expositions and seminars to develop relationships helpful to business results, build brand value and fulfill existing agreements.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Requirements
• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5 years of combined sales support and/or project management experience
• Strong sales skills with a keen sense of urgency and awareness of key customer account requirements
• Excellent relationship-building skills and impeccable personal presentation
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively interface with all levels of an organization
• Strong analytical, problem solving and leadership skills
• Tenacity to drive results and achieve established goals
• Strong negotiation skills; willingness to confront challenges & opportunities with speed, endurance & decisiveness
• Experience working with state and local government, as well as large corporate customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products and other sales management tools such as Tableau and Impact
• Must possess and maintain the required credentials, including a valid driver's license and impeccable driving record
• Up to 10% overnight travel may be occasionally be required
