WHAT YOU’LL DO


As a Product Intern, you’ll join our team for a ten-week period, from June 3rd to August 7th, working 40 hours per week on-site. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in product management, with a strong focus on product development, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management across the product lifecycle.


You will work closely with our Product Owners, Marketing, Product Engineering, and Program Management teams. In this role, you will develop a strong understanding of key product management principles, including market research, go-to-market strategy development, stakeholder collaboration, and data analysis to drive product success.


Major duties and responsibilities:



  • Support Product Owners in analyzing product performance, customer needs, and market trends.

  • Assist in defining product strategies and roadmaps informed by data science and analytics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance stakeholder management and communication.

  • Conduct data analysis to generate insights that inform product development and optimization.

  • Assist in the refinement of go-to-market strategies, focusing on software products and digital solutions.

  • Develop technical documentation, reports, and internal product materials to support product initiatives.

  • Learn about product lifecycle management and help track project progress, milestones, and dependencies.

  • Work alongside Marketing and Product Marketing teams on strategic initiatives related to product positioning and user adoption.


WHO YOU ARE


To perform this role successfully, the Product Intern must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, education, and overall experience required for the role.  


Key Qualifications



  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on technical writing and stakeholder collaboration.

  • Passion for software product development, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with competing priorities.

  • Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn from experienced product leaders.

  • Work efficiently in a hybrid work environment including 3 “all-in” days Tuesday-Thursday and 2 remote days Monday/Friday.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS



  • Be able to sit for extended periods of time without any problems 

  • Consistent use of hands and fingers for typing 

  • Consistent use of eyes to analyze monitoring applications, spreadsheets, ticketing systems and web on computer screen
