The Impact You'll Make in this Role


  • Be a thought leader who contributes to the architecture and technology roadmap for the platform, with specific focus on the customer facing portal

  • Create a culture which encourages innovation, risk taking, teamwork, and high productivity

  • Work closely with the product owners to understand the business needs and help to create solution options, roadmaps, and business cases

  • Be actively involved in the discussions at a high level for platform projects including potential partnerships and integrations

  • Be actively involved in high level solutions/mvp/post mvp to the table as option.

  • Drive POC's

  • Lead the prioritization of tech debt/security/enhancements

  • Create standards (API endpoints for 3rd party integrations, etc.)

  • Drive faster implementation decisions

  • Help deliver quarterly releases

  • Work closely with technical leadership to adjust team structure, process and working style for continuous improvement

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related from an accredited institution

  • Ten (10) years of developing commercial web applications in a Microsoft environment in a private, public, government or military environment

  • Experience with C# and the Microsoft .NET Core platform

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:


  • Ability to lead the design and optimization of cloud architectures and infrastructure for elasticity and scalability

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure development

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL or similar development experience

  • Experience creating custom front end UI components

  • Experience with regulatory processes, quality systems and FDA requirements.

  • Demonstrated skills in software engineering methodology including documentation, configuration management, verification and validation, and commercialization.

  • Demonstrated problem solving and analysis skills, systems thinker, results driven, self-motivated, team skills, ability to work independently and with distributed teams.

  • Experience developing commercial computer systems products, including sophisticated software applications and/or network solutions; working with product management, trainers, customers and end users.

  • Established track record of working in all stages of global product development from prototype to successful commercial product launch.

  • Proven track record of learning and adapting to new technology

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines

  • Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $183,301 - $224,034, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
