Classification: Full-time
Shift Pattern:Union position, must have flexible/open availability for any AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays are required
Pay Rate:Starting wage will be $25.23 plus incentives, after 90 days of employment the wage will increase to $28.43 per hour.
What will I be doing?
A Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Greet guests and complete the registration process to include, but not limited to, inputting and retrieving information from the computer, confirmation of guest information and room rate, selection of rooms, coding electronic keys, promoting marketing programs, providing a welcome packet and ensuring guest knows location of room and/or has a bell person accompany him/her.
Respond to guest inquiries and in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Provide driving and/or walking directions to guests to local destinations.
Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, hotel events and local and community events and attractions.
Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.
Provide or obtain accurate information.
Assist guests with luggage storage.

Front Office Upselling Incentive Program - Commission based program paid out monthly and is based on upsell generated revenue. Revenue is calculated as time of guest check-out. Upsell revenue includes room type upgrades, early check-in fee, late check out fees and late cancellation fees. Commission is calculated as follows:
$1-$399 earns 5% commission
$400-$999 earns 10% commission
$1,000 or more earns 15% commission
Hilton Honors Incentive program paid out monthly and is based on signing up non-members for our loyalty program, earning $5 per enrollment.
