This position can be located at any of our MN, CO or TX offices. 

What You Will Do: 

• Build GIS solutions using the ArcGIS platform 
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and business development opportunities 
• Integrate GIS with asset management, CAD, and other information systems 
• Managea variety of projects includingagile development projects 
• Serve as a technical resource for Esri geospatial technologies 
• Work with end users, create mapping products, and perform complex GIS analyses using the ArcGIS Platform 
• Work with clients to define, understand, and analyze business requirements and develop functional/technical specifications 
• Drive revenue growth and developing lasting relationships 
• Implement ArcGIS Enterprise based on client’s specific needs 
• Maintain and manage existing client ArcGIS Enterprise implementations and provide a high level of client support 
• Work with the development team to design and deliver GIS solutions using the entire ArcGIS platform 

While project oriented, you will be required to understand WSB’s core business and be able to seehow GIS fits into our Information and Technology strategy. 

What You Will Bring: 

• ABachelor'sorMaster’sdegree in GIS,Computer Science,Geographyor a related field 
• Excellent technical skills in Esri’s ArcGIS Platform (Enterprise, Online), Database Management (MS SQL, PostgreSQL), Enterprise Geodatabases, management of data, high-level programming, web GIS services, software issue tracking, diagramming software (Visio, draw.io), SharePoint, 
• Fiveor more years of professional experience 
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technology experts 
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle 
• Strong project managementand/or collaborationskills 

Minimum Education and Experience: 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, GIS, Mathematics, or technical science (e.g. Engineering). 3-5 years’ experience or equivalent master’s degree preferred but not required.
