Join us as a Senior Customer Support Specialist and utilize your strong product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences!



The Tooling and Demo Pool Customer Support Specialist is the internal advocate for Panduit customers, driving quick resolution of inquiries and needs. This role ensures a seamless customer experience by providing transparency, proactive solutions, and expert product guidance. Key responsibilities include direct communication with customers across various channels, offering pre- and post-sale consultations, and managing product-related information.



What You Will Do


  • Manage the tooling repair RMA process, including issuing tooling repair RMA's, providing the customer with a tooling repair quote, receiving payment.

  • Manage the IEI tool demo pool.

  • Resolve complex customer issues by leveraging deep product knowledge across business units and competitor lines.

  • Handle technical requests across all communication channels, while coaching and mentoring junior team members.

  • Build strong relationships with global tech support and product management teams to deliver timely customer resolutions.

  • Lead efforts to gather, organize, and manage information for self-service product portals.

  • Develop strong partnerships with account teams and partners to support sales force needs.


What You Will Bring


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering focus.


  • Experience: 5-7 years of customer service or product support role.


  • Industry Knowledge: Prior tooling experience and familiarity with Panduit tools and spare parts.


  • Software: Familiarity with CRMs (i.e. Oracle).

Compensation: The expected annual base pay range for this role is $27- $32 an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
