Assistant Controller at Ledgent Finance & Accounting in Woodland Hills, California

Job Description:

Well established real estate investment and property management firm is seeking a strategically minded Assistant Controller for their corporate finance and accounting team. The Assistant Controller will support and provider leadership in the areas of financial reporting, investor relations, budgeting and forecasting, investment analysis and accounting operations.



Qualifications:



- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- 5+ years' in supervisory role in R/E or Property Management industry
- Experience managing investor relations
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- CPA / MBA is a plus
