As a Project manager you will:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in an onshore role. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects within specified timeframes and budgets. They will coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.


• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.


• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.


• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.


• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.


• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.


• Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.


• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.


• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the information technology sector.


• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.


• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.


• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management tools.


• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.


• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.


• 5+ years of experience in project management in the IT sector, preferably with experience in managing onshore projects

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $106,000 - 124,500 Per Year
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
