Hiring a Pricing and Quotation Coordinator!

Volt is immediately hiring for Pricing and Quotation Coordinator in Valencia, CA.

As a Pricing and Quotation Coordinator you will:

• Establish pricing for repeat business and new parts by collaborating with estimating to gather accurate costs, determine unit prices, and compare similar part prices while maintaining required gross margins.
• Assist Business Unit Managers in developing proposals by gathering necessary information and data.
• Process all bid approvals in accordance with approved Pricing Guidelines.
• Prepare proposal packages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must wear steel toe shoes.

This is a Full-time, temp-to-hire, in-office only opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Broad knowledge of company functions, products, and manufacturing processes for Aerospace.
• Understanding of Aerospace procedures, policies, and marketing strategies.
• College degree or a minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in pricing/contracts within the aerospace industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Effective organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Ability to perform well under pressure due to deadlines and handle high-volume, fast-paced, short turn-around time customer and management requests.
• Adaptability to change and effective implementation of new processes.

Pay Rate: $20 - $24 per hour
