Supply Chain Management Central Data Clerk




Sterling Heights, MI




Contract Position




$19.03-$24.03/ Hourly Rate




Join a team dedicated to designing and producing armored combat and support vehicles. As a prime mover in ground force capabilities, this firm provides innovative solutions that ensure the safety and effectiveness of military personnel worldwide, focusing on durability, mobility, and performance.




Responsibilities:



  • Support data management activities across the supply chain organization, focusing on supplier registration, compliance, and internal coordination.

  • Maintain and update Oracle Supplier Registration and support related Accounts Payable processes.

  • Assist in preparing documentation and data for U.S. Government and internal compliance audits.

  • Facilitate part/item reassignments and maintain accurate Buyer/Planner code records.

  • Post reports and metrics to the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Portal as needed.

  • Monitor and manage communication through the iSupplier inbox.

  • Initiate and support supplier onboarding and modification activities in accordance with compliance standards.


Qualifications:



  • Possess a strong technical aptitude with applications and data management (i.e. Microsoft Excel)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written)Self-directed

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Attention to detail and follow-up

  • Data input accuracy is critical

  • Ability to work under pressure (i.e. compressed deadlines)

  • Strong time management Skills

  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Travel required

  • Successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
