Responsibilities:
Support data management activities across the supply chain organization, focusing on supplier registration, compliance, and internal coordination.
Maintain and update Oracle Supplier Registration and support related Accounts Payable processes.
Assist in preparing documentation and data for U.S. Government and internal compliance audits.
Facilitate part/item reassignments and maintain accurate Buyer/Planner code records.
Post reports and metrics to the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Portal as needed.
Monitor and manage communication through the iSupplier inbox.
Initiate and support supplier onboarding and modification activities in accordance with compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Possess a strong technical aptitude with applications and data management (i.e. Microsoft Excel)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written)Self-directed
Ability to work in a team environment
Attention to detail and follow-up
Data input accuracy is critical
Ability to work under pressure (i.e. compressed deadlines)
Strong time management Skills
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Travel required
Successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
