We are seeking an Sr. Ops Processor to join the Travel Guard team. This position will report to the Director of Ops and Customer Service, located in Stevens Point, WI.
This is an opportunity to be a team player supporting internal and external customers, with a wide variety of job responsibilites, including but not limited to processing plan modifications, premium refunds, cross training and supporting service levels where needed. Maintaining a positive enviroment for team success and strive to exceed production/service levels. Responsibilities Include:
Maintain knowledge of Admin everchanging products, systems and projects.
Multitask to complete daily assigned batch sheet.
Creative and critical thinking to provide out-of-the-box solutions where necessary.
Provide keen attention to detail.
Retain and apply knowledge to specific work tasks as assigned meeting department production standards.
Maintain a professional positive working enviroment.
Responsibilites are not limited and may include other items as assigned, as the needs of the department changes.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work M-F schedule in addition to month close schedule/extra hours to maintain service levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Data Entry
Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and active listening.
Attention to detail and accuracy in gathering and entering information into systems.
The ability to work in a fast paced enviroment, meeting levels set.
Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft office skills.
Freedom/Nexus knowledge
Problem solving, critical thinking and decision making abilities.
Effective organization and time management skills including prioritization, multitasking, and planning.
Ability to multi tasks and manage mulitude of work items in a day.
Abilitiy to work independently with little supervision
Keen attention to detail.
The ability to retain information and apply to daily tasks assigned.
