Commercial Lines Account Manager (Hybrid Schedule) Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join the dynamic team of a reputable insurance company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional service to clients, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial insurance accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Conduct thorough policy reviews and assessments to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and pricing on behalf of clients.
Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.
Proactively identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling additional insurance products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance account management.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Relevant insurance certifications (e.g., CISR, CIC) preferred but not required.
Salary: $60,000 - 85,000 based on experience
