???? What You'll Do
Lead hardware subcomponent and subsystem development for a quantum computing platform, from concept to validation
Drive collaboration with internal teams and government stakeholders to meet key design and delivery milestones
Manage schedules, budgets, and documentation across hardware design, prototyping, and testing
Support system-level testing using cryogenic test environments
Own triage and resolution of issues in collaboration with test and measurement teams
Maintain program tracking using tools like Azure DevOps and JAMA
???? What You Bring
10+ years of experience in hardware development, validation, or engineering program management
Strong background in Electrical Engineering (degree required)
Experience working on government or defense-related hardware projects
Proficiency in project management tools like Azure DevOps, JAMA, Jira, or Confluence
Exposure to cryogenic, RF systems, or quantum device environments is a plus
U.S. Citizenship or Green Card (required due to government program work)
