Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support their daily operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles, with preferably 1+ years within a construction company with a fast-paced environment. Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Support project teams with documentation, tracking, and data entry
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Handle incoming calls, mail, and other communications
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in a construction company or related field
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Professional demeanor with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
