Americo Builders, founded in 2019, is a leading construction firm specializing in ground-up projects, tenant improvements, and open-store remodels across California, Arizona. We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized construction project superintendent to join our growing team.
Candidate must have skills and experience as follows:
- Must have ground-up experience • Ability to read construction plans • Ability to prepare and follow construction schedules • Ability to schedule and manage subcontractors, inspectors, clients, etc. • Must have general knowledge of framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, storefront systems • Must understand wet and dry utilities and technical/code requirements • Must be competent in site and off-site construction • Must be proficient with basic computer skills including excel, word, outlook, electronic devices, • Microsoft Project and Procore experience a plus • Must have excellent communication skills • Must be willing to work nights/weekends only when required • Must understand the importance of meeting budgets, schedules, store openings, etc. • Position will require occasional travel • Required Osha 30 or equivalent • Position may require occasional travel
Experience • Experience is not as important as attitude and drive but obviously holds importance.
