JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hybrid: Currently the requirement is to be in office for 2-3 days a week. However this may change to full week in the office depending upon company policy.
Targeted Years of Experience: 10+ years
Responsibilities:
- Project Management lead for multiple Technical Projects
- Partner with stakeholder organizations across client to align on delivery dates and project status
- Manage and mitigate risks to keep projects on track
- Own and drive issues to resolution
- Effectively communicate key successes/wins and other significant project statuses
- Capture and report key metrics related to projects
- Identify and stakeholder opportunities to streamline processes and create efficiencies
- Support leadership with executive reporting
- Ability to manage several different projects and work streams at the same time effectively
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects.
- Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
- Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
- Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
- Coordinate activities among different teams within security organization.
- Help in coordinating meetings for risk management, reporting, presentations.
- Reporting on KPIs
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
- Bachelor's degree or 7-10 or more years of work experience
7-10 or more years performing Program and Project Management involving initiatives with significant cross-functional dependencies tied directly to revenue generation
- Experience in managing internal projects, partners, and vendors in delivering product development initiatives on time and in budget
- Strong Program management experience (Agile and/or Waterfall) with success leading large complex initiatives
- Experience in cybersecurity domains including Application Security, cloud, mobile, and web
- Experience in working with sourcing functions to manage relationships with 3rd party suppliers
- Ability to own issues/risk decisions and manage on an ongoing basis
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills and working effectively with other Project Managers
- A good working knowledge of Google Suite of products, especially Google Sheets
- Understanding and working knowledge of Jira
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and organize data and develop recommendations.
- PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner and/or Project Management/Scrum certification
- Demonstration of strong technical skills
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or Project Management, Risk Management, Information Systems or related fields of study.
