We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager. This position will engage with multiple projects to ensure overall on-time project deliveries.
Responsibilities:
New Product Development and Introduction (NPDI) experience is key
Report and resolve blocking issues across multiple programs
Engage with Agile Engineering and Program Managers to ensure on-time programs
Engage with Contract Manufactures to ensure once hardware and software designs are complete, that they are manufactured correctly in conjunction with our partner companies
Optimize program reporting across design centers (USA, India, China, others)
Create metrics for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Creation of OPEX/CAPEX Purchase Orders for Core Engineering
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, or other technical degree. Master of Business Administration is a plus.
Agile certification is preferred.
Experience with Contract Manufactures and third-party vendors is a plus
10+ years' experience as a NPDI and/or Program Manager, preferably in firmware product development environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead engineers to achieve common goals and to accomplish tasks.
Exceptional use of Gantt/SmartSheet/Excel tracking is required.
Use of AI Program Management capabilities is preferred.
