We seek a motivated candidate with 2+ years of relevant industry experience in a single family office, Private Banking at a major financial institution or an independent RIA.
The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with expert-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Schwab, Bloomberg/Addepar experience is a plus, but a willingness to develop expertise is essential.
A strong foundation in financial markets, asset classes, estate planning, and financial planning is required to participate in discussions, ask insightful questions, and independently draft initial outputs.

Responsibilities
Support three partners and a Director (all industry veterans) in a fast paced environment.
Collaborate with other team members from Investments, Client Service and Family Office.
Prepare client presentation materials for both prospective and existing clients.
Experience working inside e-money financial planning software to generate plans to present to clients and prospects.
Navigate multiple software platforms to select and incorporate relevant data into presentations.
Transform financial data into clear, concise, and compelling presentations that tell a story.
Collaborate with legal counsel and tax advisors to implement wealth transfer strategies, tax planning, asset protection solutions, and philanthropic initiatives.
Manage administrative tasks related to new client onboarding and account transfers.
Maintain and execute recurring client tasks and deliverables.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred) in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
Expert-level proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with E-Money/Monte Carlo modeling is essential.
Experience with Addepar, Schwab, and Salesforce is a plus.

Compensation
The salary for this role will be based on factors such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and business needs. We follow a total rewards philosophy, considering both salary and comprehensive benefits as stated above. The compensation for this role is estimated between $95,000 - $115,000.
