Description: Our client is currently seeking a HRIS Analyst III
As the Sr. Analyst, HR Technology, you'll support and administer Workday and HR systems, playing a key role in optimizing HR system functionality through continuous process improvement and automation.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate employee data and ensure smooth functioning of Workday and HR systems.
Lead requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment of new functionality.
Facilitate change management for new technology and processes.
Document requirements, perform configuration, draft test plans, and lead user acceptance testing.
Deploy new Workday features and collaborate with the HR team for continuous implementation and optimization.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and opportunities for automation.
Research problems, identify solutions, and seek feedback.
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, Payroll, Finance, IT, and others for support.
Participate in bi-annual Workday releases, review release notes, educate end users, and conduct testing.
Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or related field.
8+ years of experience in HR technology, within high-growth or significant transformation environments.
Experience managing large-scale HR technology system administration in a global environment, specifically Workday HCM and other modules.
Strong understanding of Workday design, structure, functions, and processes.
Proven project management capabilities.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
