Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate financial statements for NY operating companies.


• Oversee financial information (P&L and B/S) and key accounting judgments.


• Manage the accounting and reporting functions.


• Review and approve financial statements and reports (IFRS, US GAAP, FERC, State filings).


• Embed a strong controls environment.


• Lead annual audits and interim reviews.


• Approve Technical Accounting memos and impairment tests.


• Review accounting for new/amended rate orders.


• Ensure accurate financial reporting with key stakeholders.


• Support the broader US Finance function with the NY CFO team.


• Deliver accurate forecasts and analyze results with the NY FP&A team.


• Provide accounting expertise during regulatory proceedings.


• Prevent control deficiencies with the Risk Controls and Compliance team.


• Partner on capital market transactions with the Group Treasury team.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Experience leading teams to develop financial performance views.


• Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and regulatory accounting principles.


• External reporting and transaction management experience.


• Understanding of governance, risk, controls, and compliance.


• Ability to explain complex financial topics and disclosures.


• Strong commercial and technical acumen.


• Relationship-building skills with stakeholders.


• Experience managing through matrix structures.


• 10+ years' experience and qualified Accountant (Chartered Accountant or CPA) with SOX experience.
