Volt is immediately hiring for a Audio Visual / Low Voltage Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ.


Compensation: $75,000- $85,000 Annual Salary (Open to Negotiation)

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

This is a Full-Time/Direct Hire opportunity.


Qualifications:

• Must have audio visual experience, project management experience, and a positive attitude.
• Experience with low voltage systems, including audio, video, sound distribution
• Experience with nurse call, structured cabling, security, access control, and AV networking and integration is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, specifically Procore, D-Tools, and Outlook is preferred
• Crestron experience is a plus.

As a Audio Visual / Low Voltage Project Manager you will:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of low voltage and AV systems from inception to completion. This includes installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Develop detailed project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate system installation.
• Ensure job safety and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed project records, including contracts, change orders, and meeting notes.
• Prepare progress reports, billing documentation, and project close-out packages.
• Assign and supervise technicians, subcontractors, and other project personnel.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
