Join a global team providing Level 1 & 2 support for enterprise systems. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you'll independently troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, collaborate with vendors, and drive smart solutions across the organization. You'll also play a key role in the full systems development lifecycle and support impactful tech projects of various sizes. What You Will Do
Technology Support:
Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, collaborating with vendors as needed.
Ensure timely resolution aligned with service level agreements.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
Enterprise Systems:
Configure, deploy, and support enterprise systems and infrastructure.
Analyze, document, and maintain IT solutions, driving improvements and automation.
Desktop Applications:
Deliver desktop support for enterprise applications.
Assist with application deployments, updates, and user enablement.
Project Involvement:
Gather and analyze user requirements to inform system design.
Support full lifecycle implementation of enterprise technology solutions.
Lead projects and contribute as a technical resource on larger initiatives.
What You Will Bring
Education: Bachelors Degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
Experience: 2-4 years providing IT support via phone, email, chat, walk-ups, and ServiceNow tickets.
Preferred Certifications: CompTIA and ServiceNow certifications.
Skills: Experience with C++ preferred.
On Call Availability: Must be able to be on weekend coverage on call rotation.

Compensation: The expected base pay range for this role is $31 - $36 an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
