What you will enjoy doing*


  • You will be a self-starter that can drive work independently and work with a cooperative team that is eager to teach, learn, and understand how to optimize technology to solve recurring production issues.

  • You will learn the ins and outs of various mechanical components with a focus on troubleshooting and ladder logic.

  • You will have a blend of time spent in the office as well as being hands-on on the production floor.

  • You will actively communicate with production to implement upgrades to existing systems during outage windows.

  • You will be designing, implementing, and supporting PLC, HMI, and networking software for production equipment.

  • You will lead the implementation of controls changes for process improvements and big fixes as needed.

What makes you great


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.

  • 2-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment required.

  • You should be familiar with industrial equipment such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), process instrumentation, proximity switches, control valves, and motors.

  • You must have experience reading and understanding mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and troubleshooting ladder logic.

  • You should be willing to learn and understand the production process.

  • You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience with Rockwell hardware and software is preferred.
