Education:

Job Description:
Collaborate with customers, manufacturer's representatives, and engineering teams during design reviews to determine manufacturing methods and assess feasibility.
Oversee multiple projects through all phases of development, ensuring milestones and goals are met.
Monitor project workflow, adjusting timelines as needed to maintain progress.
Maintain delivery schedules based on customer requirements and internal workload (OGI).
Ensure accurate and up-to-date job documentation within the ERP system.
Coordinate shipping logistics with customers and freight suppliers.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives.
Lead regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to improve workflow and optimize efficiency.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment by resolving conflicts and motivating team members.
Position Requirements:
Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
