Threat Tec is seeking a highly organized and skilled Training and Scheduling Lead to manage the scheduling, tracking, and reporting of all IRAS-related training across MARSOC. This role will be integral to ensuring the smooth operation of training programs and coordination across multiple units and training events.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain detailed training calendars and instructor assignments for all IRAS-related training.
Coordinate with unit leadership to align training schedules with deployment cycles and operational needs.
Track student throughput, certification status, and recurring training requirements.
Liaise with course instructors and the IRAS Program Manager (IRASPM) to resolve conflicts, optimize training delivery, and ensure program continuity.
Provide reports and updates to leadership on training progress and areas needing attention.
Certifications (Where Applicable)
FAA Part 107 Drone Certification
Class 2 FAA Physical
RSO and LSO Certifications
Camp Lejeune 4x4 Certification
Valid U.S. Driver’s License
Security Training: DoD IA awareness, MARSOC/USSOCOM security training
Appearance: Professional attire for HQ staff; operational gear for TALSAM field SMEs.
SETA Designation: All TALSAM SMEs designated as Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance personnel.
Additional Requirements
Active Secret Clearance TS Eligible
Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
Staff experience at the SOF component level is preferred.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
Professional appearance (mandatory for HQ Augmentation roles).
Eligibility for NATO SECRET clearance (required for certain roles).
Ability to brief senior leaders and staff effectively.
E-Verify clearance of applicants.
Mandatory Government training compliance tracking post-award.
