We are building a team focused on building new products that support this mission.As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for influencing product development and leading go-to-market (GTM) as part of the Horizon OS Product Marketing Team. This is a highly cross-functional and dynamic work environment.

Product Marketing Manager, Horizon OS, MBA University Grad Responsibilities:

• Drive go-to-market strategy and execution for Horizon OS features


• Partner closely with product teams to define the strategy, roadmap and success metrics for products, ensuring product market fit and helping evolve our portfolio strategy over a multi-year time horizon


• Define product positioning, naming, audience definition and sizing for Horizon OS features


• Lead the definition and development of the go-to-market strategy across the organization that is grounded in user insights and market dynamics


• Design tests, measure impact, and learn through a results-driven mindset with cross-functional teams

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, an MBA degree. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.


• BA/BS degree in marketing, business, product development, or relevant work experience.


• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, management consulting, business strategy or a similar field


• Combination of strategic experiences and hands-on tactical execution


• Proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy


• Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment


• Experience effectively articulating complex ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.


• Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in product marketing, developing go to market strategies and partnering closely with product teams


• Domain knowledge in Mixed Reality/Virtual Reality, and/or Operating System launches

$99,000/year to $151,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
