Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident health and document changes
- Collaborate with the care team to create and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Support residents and their families with compassion and professionalism
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting is a plus
