We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office and provide necessary information.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages as needed.
Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for staff and clients.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including managing mail and deliveries.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Collaborate with team members to support overall office operations and enhance client experience.
