Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Manager - Quality Intelligence to join their team. This role is integral to the Quality Assurance (QA) organization, responsible for the quality and compliance of our client's manufacturing and products. The successful candidate will lead medium to large scale projects to support strategic and compliance objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute multiple medium to large-scale projects associated with regulatory requirements

  • Remediate current and future regulatory impact on the quality system

  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks

  • Identify and manage critical project issues and risks, communicating effectively with senior leadership

  • Support Quality Assurance Compliance organizations and identify opportunities for improvements

  • Recommend and implement strategies to improve efficiency

  • Develop and maintain effective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years in a regulated nutritional food-manufacturing environment, preferably with experience in pediatric or medical nutrition products. They should have a good knowledge/awareness of food cGxP and nutritional regulations. At least 3 years of management of complex projects or programs is required, along with demonstrated problem-solving abilities and knowledge in nutritional manufacturing controls and quality systems.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree

  • PMP certification

  • Ingredient expertise, process expertise, and formulation expertise in the nutritional industry


This position will work with limited supervision and will interface independently with affiliates, manufacturing plants, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and others. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional project timelines. They will also have experience dealing with international locations.
