Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems on the fly.
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small, hands-on environment.
Good communication skills and a professional demeanor with clients and crew.
Basic knowledge of rigging, fabrication, or heavy equipment is a big plus.

Valid driver's license and willingness to visit job sites when needed.
Nice-to-Have (But Not Required):
Background in trades (millwright, welding, rigging, etc.)
OSHA or safety training certifications
Ability to read blueprints or shop drawings
