Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field required.
Minimum of seven (7) years working as a .net Software Engineer required; minimum of three (3) years working as a Software Architect required.
Experience with Agile development process required.

Work Location:
This position works a hybrid schedule (3 days in office/2 days work from home) in our Overland Park, Kansas office. Candidates must reside in the Kansas City metropolitan area, or be willing to relocate.
Required Technical Skills:
Extensive experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and related Microsoft technologies.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS).
Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization (Docker).
Familiarity with SQL Server, NoSQL databases (DyanamoDB), and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper).
Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
Desired Skills:
Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or Blazor).
Knowledge of message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS/SNS) for event-driven architectures.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of scalable and maintainable .NET applications.
Define and enforce software architecture principles, best practices, and coding standards.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand functional and non-functional requirements.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them in Agile best practices.
Evaluate and recommend modern .NET frameworks, libraries, and technologies to enhance system performance and security.
Architect and optimize cloud-based solutions (AWS) to ensure scalability, resilience, and cost-effectiveness.
Implement microservices architecture, API design, and DevOps best practices.
Conduct regular code reviews and ensure the delivery of clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Define and oversee CI/CD pipelines and other automation tools for continuous integration and deployment.
Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement enhancements for optimal system performance.
