Ticketing and Box Office Supervisor – Full-time
Job Description:
The Ticketing and Box Office Supervisor oversees the Box Office Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and assists in managing all ticketing and box office operations at The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts.
This role manages escalated guest concerns, upholds the Center’s values in guest interactions, and ensures seamless operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
By prioritizing guest satisfaction and operational excellence, the Supervisor plays a key role in enhancing the overall patron experience and contributing to the continued success of the venue’s performances and events.
