Job Title: Director, Media BI


Location: Hybrid (2 days weekly in-office) NYC- near WTC


About the Role: We are seeking a Director with a strong background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) to lead strategy on our global data platform. This role involves analyzing products and helping the company make informed business decisions to boost sales. You will be responsible for building PowerBI dashboards from scratch. Must have experience generating revenue growth in CPG.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute cross-media measurement strategies.


• Provide thought leadership on clients' measurement strategies.


• Ensure timely completion of reporting, data quality, and measurement frameworks.


• Build and manage PowerBI or Tableau dashboards from scratch.


• Evaluate vendors, technologies, and new advertising opportunities.


• Support advanced analytic requests and strategic vision of the client.


• Manage relationships with mid-level clients.


• Supervise creation and execution of campaign-specific measurement frameworks and learning agendas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Math, or Sciences preferred.


• Minimum of 5 years' experience in CPG and PowerBI or Tableau.


• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication abilities.


• Ability to foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.


• Experience with tools such as Prisma, Sizmek, Upwave, Lucid, and proprietary Choreograph tools.

Compensation:

• Target pay: $60-$65/hr w2 - this is a 6 month RTH
