Location: Denver, CO

Salary: $80.00 USD Hourly - $100.00 USD Hourly

Description:
This is a Hybrid position (3 days on-site) in either Denver (CO), Minneapolis (MN), or Amarillo (TX).


Scope of Work / Overview:


This role is part of an operational support team focused on day-to-day operations rather than project-based work.


Responsibilities:

• Address operational issues and troubleshoot problems.


• Collaborate with the vendor (GE) to triage issues.


• Investigate and resolve issues from the log when there are no immediate concerns.


• Engage in training and learning opportunities during downtime.


• Support transmissions, commercial operations, and other partners using the systems, acting as the first point of contact.


• Work within a team of 6 full-time employees and 1 contractor.


• Occasionally participate in project-based work, though the primary focus is on daily operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Level II: 7-10 years of experience.


• Experience supporting an EMS environment, preferably with GE Scada products (XA/21), though training is available for candidates familiar with other systems.


• Knowledge of RTU, ICCP, and utilities (these products are primarily used in this industry).

Preferred Qualifications:

• NERC-CIP certification.
