Responsibilities:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Project Management.


• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Project Management deliverables.


• Review and analyze moderately complex Project Management challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.


• Resolve moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Project Management deliverables.


• Leverage solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.


• Collaborate with client personnel in Project Management.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Top Skills:

• 3-5 years of Project Management experience.


• Familiarity with Project Manager artifacts.


• Risk and control framework experience.


• Experience working on corrective actions.


• Proficiency in PowerPoint.


• Ability to multitask and bring organization to a group.


• Strong communication skills across all levels.


• Preferably more of a Program Manager, capable of handling multiple projects.

Job Overview:

• Seeking a more senior person who can manage multiple assignments rather than focusing on a single project.


• Ability to handle and report on multiple tasks, manage different project management artifacts.


• Work will be visible up to Graeme Macavoy.


• Supporting several efforts under several directors in the CIC building.


• A partner group has a corrective action against them, and a PM is assigned to rectify it.


• Once the corrective action starts winding down, the PM will multitask to other corrective actions in other groups.


• This position is backfilling a person who is rolling off before the position starts.


• SME on keeping the team organized, previously built an unwieldy spreadsheet.


• Track to-do's, manage meetings, drive accountability, fill out forms appropriately.


• Primary point of contact for leaders of different groups who can direct staff appropriately.


• Management reporting of red, yellow, green status.


• Expected to wrap up by the end of the year, with additional work anticipated but not currently approved to extend beyond.
