Job Description:


We are seeking a skilled Manual QA Tester to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This is a hybrid role with a 12+ month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual testing, with a strong focus on creating test scripts based on workflows and Jira stories.


Responsibilities:

• Participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Systems Consulting.


• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables.


• Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.


• Resolve moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.


• Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Business Systems Consulting.


• Create test scripts based on workflows and Jira stories.


• Report defects, perform regression testing, and work with the Octane testing tool.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.


• Proficiency in Jira, Manual Testing, Regression Testing, and Test Script creation.


• Experience with testing tools such as Octane (preferred) or ALM/Quality Center.
