Job Description:

Baer is looking for SAP IBP Consultant for a 6+ month remote project


Title: SAP IBP Consultant
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2

Description:

• Ensure efficient operation and optimization of SAP IBP modules across planning functions.


• Provide expert-level technical support to end-users, resolving issues quickly and effectively.


• Configure and maintain IBP functionalities including: Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Inventory Optimization


• Translate business needs into functional specifications and deliver effective solutions.


• Work with teams across supply chain, operations, and finance to align planning capabilities with business strategies.


• Collaborate with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) to ensure smooth integration and data consistency.


• Lead system and user acceptance testing for new configurations or enhancements.


• Resolve SAP IBP-related issues via ServiceNow, ensuring timely response and resolution.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on SAP IBP experience


• Strong knowledge of IBP planning functionalities


• Experience in configuration, testing, and integration


• Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements


• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills


• Must be based in the U.S. and legally authorized to work without sponsorship
