A Day in the Life
The coordinator will ensure the planning, communication, logistics, and execution of all Aortic employee education and training events in the US and EMEA. They will manage logistics within the allocated budget, including communication with relevant parties ( internal and external). The role involves communicating with external suppliers, maintaining training materials and tools, and assisting employees with logistics details. Additionally, the coordinator will support the day by day admininistrative task of the T&E department

A Day in the Life:


  • Ensure planning, regular communication, logistics coordination, and execution of all Aortic employee education and training events in US and EMEA.

  • Ensure logistic organization within allocated budget of all employee sessions, including communication with all relevant parties (internal & external=hotel, catering services, transportation companies) and PO creation and payment according to the MDT systems

  • Communicate contracts and deals with meeting planners team and external suppliers like hotels, restaurants in accordance with MDT BCS

  • Maintenance of proper training materials and tools (demoes, simulators, table top, mktg material)

  • Training Material Shipping

  • Enrollment in FFTI asynchronous programs

  • Assist employees with logistics details ( like VISA) and communication

  • Assure that all the logistics could be up to the quality standard required and in accordance with MDT BCS and allocated budget

  • Support organization of training events in some specific congresses/MedEd events, including shipping of demoes and training material

  • Maintenance of proper training materials and tools

  • Create activities reports according to the requests of the T&E Management

  • Order promotional material, literature, training material specific to education (academia), give aways

  • Create PO on Ariba System

  • Assist with creation and approval of training material

  • Coordinate T&E department activities like Staff Meetings, conference calls, keep, maintain and distribute minutes of the meetings

  • Be familiar and support usage of internal communication tools like live meetings, video conferences, websites.

  • Maintain Faculty addresses/contracts database, map and files

Must Have:

  • High school degree and two years of administration experience.

  • Excellent communication skills (written).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, and problem solving approach.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$45,600.00 - $68,400.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance , Health Savings Account , Healthcare Flexible Spending Account , Life insurance, Long-term disability leave , Dependent daycare spending account , Tuition assistance/reimbursement , and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
