Our client is seeking an Implementation Lead for a remote opportunity.
Skills & Requirements
• Strategic Program Delivery & Leadership:
o Lead large-scale implementations spanning multiple business areas (program level).
o Develop and execute comprehensive business and technology roadmaps aligned with client strategic objectives for major transformation initiatives.
o Proactively identify and mitigate risks and roadblocks, ensuring timely and on-budget project delivery.
o Manage multiple teams simultaneously.
o Provide thought leadership to clients to achieve their strategic goals.
• Executive Communication & Reporting:
o Provide clear, concise, and fact-based reporting to executive leadership.
o Deliver senior-level communication to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
o Present clear and concise messaging to executives.
• Forecasting & Planning:
o Forecast costs, issues, resource needs, and roadblocks.
• Healthcare Solutions & Operations:
o Apply a strong understanding of healthcare claims processing, care management, and utilization management to drive effective solutions.
o Understand claims processing (non-technical).
o Understand health plan processes, including care management and utilization management.
o Facets experience is a plus.
o Leverage knowledge of healthcare data and data integration initiatives to enhance solution development.
o Understand data and data integration initiatives (non-technical).
• Strategic Technology Leadership:
o Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in the healthcare industry, including healthcare interoperability, digital health, and advanced analytics.
o Lead the definition and implementation of new data and analytics products, focusing on health equity and social determinants of health.
• Healthcare Data Management and Analytics:
o Oversee the design, development, and implementation of data warehouses, data marts, and analytics platforms for claims, encounters, and clinical data.
o Lead the development of advanced analytics solutions for value-based reimbursement, total cost of care, and provider reporting.
o Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Healthcare Technology Solutions and Interoperability:
o Drive the development and implementation of digital healthcare solutions and platforms.
o Lead initiatives related to health information exchange and interoperability, ensuring seamless data sharing and integration.
o Manage the definition and implementation of encounters management platforms and payment integrity programs.
• Product Strategy and Development:
o Lead product ideation efforts to define new data and analytics products.
o Develop and execute product strategies, including UX design, data modeling, and technology platform development.
o Oversee the transformation of PMB providers.
• Business Partnerships and Vendor Management:
o Develop and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors, outsourcing providers, and other key stakeholders.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Leadership and Team Management:
o Provide exceptional leadership and mentorship to the business and technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and achievement.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leaders across the enterprise.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in healthcare strategy leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
• Extensive experience in healthcare payer data management, Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PMB) advanced analytics, digital healthcare, and interoperability.
• Strong understanding of healthcare payer business operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business and technology plans and product strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong team building and management skills.
• Proven ability to manage external partnerships and vendor relationships.
