What You’ll Get to Do
The Inside Sales Manager is focused on leading our inside sales team to drive revenue growth and enhance client relationships. This role reports to the Sales Director.


This role is perfect for an individual who is enthusiastic, results-driven, and possesses strong leadership skills. A vital member of the Sales Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader. 


Job responsibilities include:



  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of inside sales representatives, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.



What We Are Looking For



  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
