The Consultant Screening Coordinator is primarily responsible for conducting pre-employment consultant background, drug screen and health screen review process for accuracy and completeness. The Consultant Screening Coordinator will perform file audits, identify exceptions, and communicate with all internal stakeholders. This position is also responsible for supporting the Screening team as necessary. This position requires organizational skills and attention to detail. Also, extensive work with vendor systems, Salesforce, CONGA Sign, email, phone, problem resolution skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with client screening policies and procedures
Guide candidates through the background check process
Maintain confidentiality of background check information
Review documentation provided by candidates to ensure they are complete and accurate
Work with candidates to resolve issues related to background check reports, including candidate disputes
Maintain files in electronic form to document information and daily process in appropriate software locations
Perform assigned file audits, identify exceptions, communicate with recruiters for completion, and follow-up on outstanding exceptions to all assigned files
Adhere to all policies and procedures for processing, documenting, storing, and retrieving personnel's employment, professional, and licensure information
Interact with representatives from Oxford's Human Resources, and Legal Team on a regular basis.
Perform administrative functions regarding compliance and quality assurance, including document and form preparation
Additional Responsibilities
Work with our screening vendors to create new screening packages. Assist with screening vendor relationship calls and initiatives
Utilize all available resources to ensure the most accurate and complete file possible
Heavy use of telephone, e-mail, and Teams for following up with consultants and all internal stakeholders.
Provide back-up to other members of the screening team as necessary

Bachelor's Level Degree
Experience
Previous background and drug screening experience preferred
Previous Salesforce experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Creative, outgoing, energetic person with a demonstrable track record of exceeding goals
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven knowledge of MS Office products
Ability to maintain regular attendance and work all hours necessary or required
