Talent Acquisition Portal® Overview

The Talent Acquisition Portal® (TAP) is a product of the Talent Acquisition Network, LLC. which is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. TAP is an online system which includes both a national talent pool of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) candidates, and other agencies that serve individuals with disabilities looking for employment, and a job posting system for businesses looking to hire individuals with disabilities.

By getting access to the portal through membership, you will be able to search candidate resumes based on skill sets and geographic availability, interview candidates, have online job fairs, and have their jobs seen by individuals with disabilities across the country. Small, medium, and large businesses all have the opportunity to receive all the benefits of TAP.

TAP is supported by the Council of State Administrators of Vocational Rehabilitation (CSAVR) and its national employment team, The NET. The team includes VR Business Consultants in every state, the territories and D.C. who can partner and can provide support services to your business at the national, state and local level.

    When you post a job to disabledperson.com the job will automatically be added to the Talent Acquisition Portal®. To gain access to TAP, you will need membership.

  • Connect

    The portal is supported by The NET which is a team of business experts that can work with you company at the local, state, or national level to offer support services.

  • Search candidates

    Add recruiters, search, and reach out to candidates who are indvidiuals with disabilities through VR. Track outreach and save searches for reporting!

  • Participate in virtual events
