The IT department is in need of an individual with skills to support the company’s ERP system.  The ERP Administrator will assist in the day to day administration, maintenance, testing and support of the Storis application and all associated modules and features.  The ERP system is the central application of which every department in the company uses and interacts with on a day to day basis.  Its smooth operation and 24x7 uptime is critical to the success of the business.  The work load will consist of a wide variety of day to day system administration, issue tracking and debugging and larger project involvement.  As a member of our ERP team, this position will provide a great opportunity to interact with all areas of the business and gain valuable functional and technical experience.


The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:



  • A Bachelor's degree (business, information technology, or a related field) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Experience with an ERP system, Storis preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, for both technical and business audiences.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, close attention to detail.

  • Proficient with Excel.

  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment.

  • Demonstrate continual learning and improvement.

 


The candidate will be expected to:



  • Build strong relationships with business users, store personnel and technology partners.

  • Effectively and clearly communicate with other employees in all departments and levels of management.

  • Work with the Storis support team on issues and bugs reported by the business.

  • Assist with Storis user creation, modification and deactivation.

  • Perform user password resets and unlock users.

  • Support testing of features in new releases of Storis and new updates provided in the automatic update process.

  • Install system updates through the automatic update process.

  • Support the testing process for major new releases of the Storis software, consisting of recording the new changes/features, monitoring business testing progress, assisting with end to end testing and ensuring SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are tested and updated.

  • Perform modifications to the Storis printable forms (store receipts).

  • Import Storis bulk data loads as requested by the business.

  • Monitor system error logs and assist with resolving errors.

  • Provide written documentation for system administration processes and procedures.

  • Be included in our 24x7 support rotation to respond to system issues outside of regular business hours on weeknights and weekends.

  • Quickly respond to emergency requests and system outages.
