This position will partner with the Operations Distribution Center team from a financial analysis capacity. The person in this role is expected to work hand-in-hand with the branch leaders to analyze and investigate complex information reported in the internal financial statements and other periodic financial reports. Conduct and document moderate to complex financial analysis projects. Create, maintain and analyze supply chain forecasting models and partner with business leaders to review outputs.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate financial results for operating expense drivers and analysis. Interpret financial results and metrics to business partners and the broader finance organization.
Create / enhance supply chain forecasting models serving various different purposes (i.e. distribution center forecasts, full network forecasts, long range planning, etc.). Collaborate with key business leaders on a regular basis to incorporate business inputs into the financial models.
Work cross-functionally to interpret business drivers influencing results. Effectively highlight the true business drivers and their sustainability (isolating from one-time events).
Perform ROI analysis, scenario modeling, and providing decision support for future business planning decisions and investments. Creation of new metrics to analyze the business.
Analyze and investigate complex information reported in the internal financial statements and other periodic financial reports. Conduct and document moderate to complex financial analysis projects. Provide financial decision support with business partners and research and recommend options and solutions for improved business results to senior management.
Collaborate with Information Systems, Engineering, and Branch teams to ensure data integrity.
Drive continuous improvement by creating new analysis, innovating on current metrics and reporting.
Use SQL and advanced excel functionality to interpret large quantities of data and provide a meaningful analysis.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
Relevant Work Experience
At least five years Finance experience
Two years distribution center / supply chain experience preferred
Additional
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including PowerPivot, PowerQuery, pivot tables, multiple if statements, financial modeling
Experience using SQL (joining tables, nested queries)
Experience using Alteryx (building workflows from multiple data sources)
Experience using Tableau (building dashboards, calculated fields, parameters and sets) Familiarity in SAP financial enterprise reporting system
