For this role, you will:
- Work in an agile environment as part of a Salesforce development team, participating in scrum ceremonies, interacting with, and supporting our customers
- Continuously improve deployment, test automation, and release processes across environments
- Support the Salesforce development team in maintaining and troubleshooting environment issues and implementing new integrations
- Manage security updates across all environments
- Develop CI/CD workflows and improve the scope of existing workflows
- Serve as the subject matter expert for DevSecOps and provide support to team members and stakeholders
- Migrate changes from development to test to production environment(s) using CI technologies like Bitbucket and Bamboo
- Support our Salesforce DevSecOps Strategy and Practice to “shift left” and integrate cybersecurity into the broader organizational adoption and improvement of Agile practices
- Debug and resolve issues and/or defects which may be reported as a result of faults in the production environment
- Assist in writing technical approach and system design documentation as required
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience (or equivalent years of experience) in DevOps/DevSecOps
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail while developing and maintaining a DevSecOps Strategy
- Experience with custom branching strategies and release management
- Experience building pipelines with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket and Bamboo
- Problem solving attitude
- Proficiency in shell scripting
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with integrating CI/CD, version control, and release management into the Salesforce software development lifecycle
