Job Description:

 The Field Representative II for Field Services Support is responsible for servicing and repairing various company products and systems at customer locations within a designated geographic area. This role requires technical expertise in handling a standalone or networked environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Achieve expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload and experience level.
  • Manage territory, inventory, and customer relationships.
  • Demonstrate excellent technical and customer relation skills.
  • Actively drive revenue-generating opportunities through various channels.
  • Perform a full range of servicing and repair procedures, including diagnostics, installation, removal, and retrofits on assigned equipment.
  • Conduct Basic Connected installations, set up IP addresses, download printer drivers, and provide customer training on printing functions.
  • Troubleshoot and repair or replace equipment components as necessary on black & white, color, and multifunctional devices.
  • Demonstrate required digital competencies associated with assigned products.
  • Manage territory effectively, execute all required territory management and call handling procedures, and work closely with sales partners.
  • Maintain and manage parts inventory accurately and adhere to territory back-up plans.
  • Complete all required administrative tasks accurately and timely.
  • Interact with external customers to determine service needs, provide technical assistance to less experienced technicians, and maintain professional relationships.
  • Maintain a "car stock" inventory and perform other duties as assigned.


Additional Pay Details

Compensation range is $18.00-$23.00


Qualifications:


  • Typically requires journeyman-level technical knowledge, completion of technical school, and 2+ years of related experience.
  • Requires a valid state driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage per company policy.
  • Strong working knowledge of electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuitry, electronics, and digital competency.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical information and use PCs and associated software applications effectively.
